The Lavaca-Navidad River Authority, Jackson County, Jackson County
Industrial Foundation, Jackson Electric Cooperative, Inc. and the Jackson
County Rodeo Associations are requesting your support in funding the
construction of the Brackenridge Recreation Complex Project.
Our goal is to construct a facility and offer amenities that will increase our
tourist appeal, attract additional jobs for Jackson County, increase the local
economy and provide quality facilities for youth and area-wide events. The
aforementioned group, represented by organizations and individuals, has put
much time and resources into the planning effort. We have done this for the
future of Jackson County, to create long-term opportunities for its businesses
and its citizens.
Now, we need your support! The total estimated project cost is $4.5
million.
Over half of that, or $2.5 million, must come from local donors and sponsors
with the remaining portion to be comprised of funds from matching grants
and in-kind services. There is a variety of donor opportunities available and
remember, all donations are tax deductible.
Together we can truly create a bright future for Jackson County!
